"The Allergy Technician that I saw was polite, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She provided me a treatment plan that helped treat my severe and on going hives until I finally resolved the cause. I am grateful for the practitioners at this establishment. The front end receptionist however is rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent. For several months she kept sending me blank pdf’s that were supposed to be my itemized bill. I reached out several times in regards to this. On one occasion she insinuated I should just make a payment without providing me an itemized bill. She sent me to collection; Even though her complete lack of competence has caused this delay. For months I have been asking for my bill to start making payments. Upon receiving yet another somewhat aggressive email about my past due bill and another collection threat; we did the entire song and dance again. Only this time she wrote me a nasty email response in all caps. Wildly unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I have been more than patient while she did the billing portion of her job lackadaisical. Oh but don’t worry; she finally managed the simple task of attaching the actual itemized bill as a pdf this time. It only took conveniently approximately 90 days. Summary: The medical staff was great. The front end was awful to deal with. Beware when it comes to billing. Just have it sent via snail mail; it would actually be faster than email."
