"We ate here after a hike and it was exactly what we needed! The food was incredible, we sat at the outdoor picnic tables which were perfect, and Tammy was awesome! She was so nice and helpful and we had a great time."

"This tiny diner is a classic. They serve breakfast and lunch only and you can get all your favorites cooked to order. We were early to an event nearby and got gas at the adjacent gas station and decided to stop in. We're glad we did. The service was fast and friendly and the food and coffee were great. This place is a gem."

"Unfortunately, our visit was not as nice as other reviewers have stated. It’s a neat little local diner, which we love. We always try to support local places over chain restaurants whenever possible. However, this experience was underwhelming. We entered and found a table where we sat for several minutes before Tammy finally came over and almost seemed to be scolding us for the fact the she nor her staff noticed us when we came in. Once our food arrived NO ONE came back by our table to ask if we needed a refill on coffee or tea. I had to wave someone down to get butter for my grits, which seemed to be nothing short of an inconvenience. The food was good, but not great, which was better than the service and atmosphere. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I couldn’t let this experience slide."
