"I called and left 4 voicemail messages over a 2 week period. I never received a call back until I contacted my referring doctor and they put in a call to them. When I asked why I never received a call back she told me they are busy. Capital Health has taken over many places around here and the customer service has been lousy. Hopefully, someone else comes in soon so they don't create a monopoly."
"Horrible customer service. I called multiple time and no one answered or called me back after messages. Was calling for my Mother-in Law and she never could get ahold of them either. Definitely call someone else for services. I never got a human person to talk to just for a simple appointment."

"horrible team, horrible staff-I was a patient of Dr. Weinstein. i will not be going here again. their staff members claimed they had forgot they recieved results for done blood work, CT scans, and other tests and asked me to redo it since the tests expire after 3 months. I was told blantley that I was forgotten about. Then came a year long battle fighting with insurance for the bloodwork they sent me to do experimentally. I just tried calling today for my records and was hung up on twice even though google and their office machine claim they don't close till 4:30pm. I've been trying to get in connect with someone since 3:50pm. I heard someone pick up the phone and slam it down to disconnect the call. This office is unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. do not go here if you value your time and money."
"When I arrived on-time for my 1:00 p.m. appointment with Suzanne today, I found out that the office had cancelled my appointment without even calling me to reschedule. I never received a call or voicemail to reschedule my appointment. When the receptionist asked Suzanne if she would see me given the circumstances, she told her no (at least, this is what the receptionist told me). There was only one other patient in the waiting room. And my follow-up appointment — for which I had been patiently awaiting because I have not been doing well — would have taken probably fifteen minutes or so. The receptionist wanted me to reschedule for 10:00 a.m. the next day. I explained that it is hard for me to take off of work, that I had already taken today off for my appointment, and — in light of those facts — would she ask Suzanne a second time if she would see me. The receptionist refused, telling me that Suzanne had already said no. I told the receptionist that this was not right, and that it was the office’s scheduling error. I had to reschedule to a 10:30 a.m. appointment later in June (because I could not come back 10:00 a.m. the next day), which will require me to take a half day off from work because of the time. If I could give zero stars for the way I was treated today, I would. Though the receptionist said she was sorry after handing me my new appointment card, her overall attitude to what had happened was indifferent."
