"I’ve been a customer at phantom original on 420 haven st for years , came into this store the day before Christmas Eve bc my store is being remodeled and was disappointed as I was denied service and the girl inside was really rude about it . The same girl even provided me service a few weeks prior . These two stores are a complete different vibe one has pets and everyone is so friendly they’ll help you pick products you’re looking for they always took care of me and my boyfriend like I said FOR YEARS I know they’re owned by the same guy so I just don’t understand why the service is great at one but the other is terrible ."
