"I moved to central pa, all I needed was for them to refill my thyroid medication because I can’t get in to see my new primary care doctor here until October. I called to have my prescription transferred to a location near me, but they refused and said I am no longer a patient with them, they cannot do that. I’ve never had so much trouble with a doctors office ever before. It’s totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. They told me to go to urgent care. I’ve had my scripts filled from my family doctor for two years when I first moved to levittown in 2018 with no problems. I’m not sure who the new owners of this practice are, but the customer service is terrible. They aren’t for the patient at all, it’s all business to them."

"After 30 plus years with Mercer-Bucks and Dr Syed Sajjad, who retired. We had our first visit with, Dr Joby Jacob of First Docs and received a certified letter to the effect that we had been dismissed from the practice. REALLY! When Dr Sajjad retired, he took the heart and sole of this, once caring practice with him. How many more patients will be "dismissed"? And left to find a new practice?"
