"I was very disappointed with the staff that took me in the back. I signed in on-line 25 minutes prior to my 9:00 a.m. appointment, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, because I needed to go to work right after. After signing in while sitting another woman signed in, after 10 minutes the other woman was called in the back before me. I asked the staff, that took me in the back, "why did the lady go before me, when I was here and waiting before her", the staff told me that my name wasn't there. How did she know to get me if my name wasn't there? This was very unprofessional and I felt that I was overlooked when I made it my business to be on time. I mentioned this to the staff at the front desk, who told me that my name was there for 9:00am. I am a black woman and the other woman was white. I have been coming here for years, never had this issue. There need to be more considerate and competent staff."

"Staff not professional at all. They keep on changing appointments time after YOU choose the best time for you. They think people got time to keep going there. That happened to my sisters and to me. We definitely not going back."

"I almost never write reviews. Office staff is rude & unresponsive. I had been going there for years up until recently, but in years past I have had to call numerous times to make an appointment, get questions answered, or get a refill. One year they were so unresponsive, I had to physically drive there and walk in to get a script refilled. “Oh you know, we JUST sent that over 5 minutes ago, why did you drive here?” Yeah right. Another time, post appointment, I stopped at the nurse’s desk to schedule my next yearly appt on my way out, she looked at me funny. I had mentioned that this was the only way to get one, since no one answered the phone, she CHUCKLED. They know they’re like this. Never again."

"My doctor is lovely. Too bad I have to physically walk into the building EVERY SINGLE TIME to simple MAKE AN APPOINTMENT instead of just calling and scheduling it on the phone because whoever the receptionist is, is lazy and ALWAYS puts you on hold. You’re lucky if you even get a “please hold” sometimes they just do it and NEVER get back to your call! Literally unbelievable. Soon as my doctor moves on from this office so will I and my insurance because what exactly are these women in the front getting paid to do aside from eat? LITERALLY the most mind blowing and frustrating thing that people are paid to not to their job that they applied for. Unbelievable!"
