"Would give 0 stars if possible. Products are defective and the shops answer is thats your problem. Bad business. *Edit..... I bought the product on the Dec 18th 2023. I gave it for a gift on Dec 25th 2023. That's 7 days. I reported the issue on Dec 25th. That's reported within 24hrs of issue. There's a pin pric hole defect on the stem of the glass. You can't see it. The only way to find it is to fill it with water and take a pull. I inspected at shop but you can't fill with water and put your lips all over it in shop before you buy so it couldn't have been found before hand. It's just upsetting that I pay good money for an item and am treated like this for something beyond my control. It's a manufacturer defect and I was basically told "well we already have your money so we don't care". SCAM"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. Friend bought me a gift for Xmas on the 18th. Took it home wrapped it and gave it to me Christmas Day only to learn there is a small pin hole in item which is probably a defective piece. Call the store and they say we are out of luck they do not allow returns or refunds. Then they reply and say you can’t return things 30 days after purchase but we have only purchased this item 8 days ago? Then continues to say you can not do anything unless we contact them within 24 hours of purchase? Cmon… my friend buys a gift who doesn’t use this product and he is supposed to take it for a test drive first? lol get real. Worst customer service worst place I’ve ever heard of. Will make sure all my friends know about this and does not shop there. 0 stars if I could"
