"They are the worst at timeliness! This is an ongoing issue with HFP. I always arrive early for appointments. They are always late in seeing me. Apparently they have no respect for peoples time which is the thing I have the least of and can never get back. Today, I had a 3:30pm appointment for which I arrived at 3:25pm. At 3:50pm the receptionist told me that Dr Tammana was "running behind" and would be another 20 plus minutes. I had them return my deductible. The receptionist asked me when I wanted to reschedule. How about on the 12th of NEVER. Unbelievable."
