"On Feb 8th I suffered a very bad fall.nI broke bones and featured three ribs. After going to several Dr appointments. I was told that I needed to follow up with physical therapy. I asked around to see if I could find the best. I google it and found mt. Physical. It all started with a phone call to set up my first appointment. I spoke to a very upbeat and a women who knows her job. I spoke to Teresa and she set my appointment in a couple min very professional. My first visit was with Dr Nada very easy going talked about what he's going to do with me. Next visit was with April just as nice and talked what I needed. After a couple of visits I'm happy to say I'm cured and back to work full time and no restrictions. Thank you to all of you your a class act great job."

"I’ve been going to Dr. Nada since October 2020 to rehab a double disc replacement (c4/5 & c5/6). Early in my recovery I was going 3x a week and now I’ve tapered to 1x a week, so I’ve spent a lot of time at Mountain Therapy Center. I’m so thankful I’ve been able to work with Dr. Nada. He’s super knowledgeable, progressive in his treatment and I feel great after each session. Before my injury I was active, running, biking, boxing, cross fit, swimming, skiing, etc. I’ve had several injuries that required physical therapy and I feel I’m knowledgeable about good PT vs basic PT. Dr. Nada is great PT. Highly recommend Dr. Nada and his great staff."
