"The food is awful, most of the teachers rarely teach, administration doesnt know what theyre doing, rules that make no sense, and more are really all that can be found at Pv. I understand schools are not meant to be a fun place but pv doesnt even qualify for decent. Best thing that could happen to pv is for it to be turned into a parking lot"
"1. Wake up at 4 AM. 2. Wade through snow and ice, waiting for the bus in the cold because they never cancel school no matter what. 3.Get to school, and it is warmer outside. 4.Given no information on stuff that pertains to my schedule or time, but hey, at least I know what sports team lost or something. 5.Walk through crowded, poorly maintained hallways. 6. Learn stuff I will never use in life. 7. Eat Garbage lunch. Thanks Michelle. 8. Go to MCTI and Learn something that is useful. Get treated like trash by PV for it. 9. Come back and get on bad buses filled with scum. 10. Go home, do piles of homework, sleep, do it again. 21/10 would want to die again. PV in a picture:"
"Let's start off by saying you got to wake up at 5am to school leaving me with a sleeping disording and panic attacks and I still have them I only had 4 hrs-none hrs of sleep. The buses are cold they don't close school during blizzards and once they made us go through a ice storm. Food is okay but what would u expect from school food. The courses are laid back there way easy however there credit system is rlly off giving you less .25 for electives. They pick favorites for honors classes and crowded hallways. However the kids are nice and respectful I had more friends then any other school I went. Some teachers are caring and luv to have fun. The office ladies are rude there's no a.c or broken heaters or desk. But if your advance student I don't recommend this school but if you want to try it go ahead this is my personal opinion... Edit: I'm giving it a 1 rating I wish there was a negative 600 star rating I'm still hoping for them to change the time when school starts....it causing so much health problems and to give days off during a bad snow day....they don't care of the students safety what's so ever and....I recommend going online school you'll get full education and the needed sleep u need >:( FIX UR SCHOOL SYSTEM..... Many KIDS ARE ONLY GETTING A HOUR OF REST"
"is there a way to give a negative star rating because that is what this place derserves Yes okay no one likes waking up at 5:00 A.M. to board a cold bus to an even colder school. The Hvac system is so messed up its literally no inbetween polar ice caps and hell. They only provide frozen foods and cold sandwiches. Add in the fact any money is ill-distributed. Its all about who your tight with because if not you get the short end of the stick no matter what situation. Sports teams get all the favors and exemptions. The hall monitors and teachers pick favorites. Add in the disrespectful and rude treatment of office and guidance staff. One counselor "helped" me fix my schedule and when there was a later conflict in the school year denied ever seeing or helping me over the summer. God forbid you need real help for college because they'll tell you they can't because it would take them away from the other studenets they ignore"
"Poor economic choices leave half of the students freezing and the other half overheating due to the inability to fix the air conditioning and heating units. This money is instead used to create other workout rooms or buy new equipment for the sports teams. Teachers have been laid off in the past few years due to a lack of funds. When one looks at the budget information of the district website, there is a surplus of millions. Aside from that, the people they call "hall monitors" are nothing of the sort. Not only do they not enforce the rules assigned to them, they even help spread and get into the middle of student affairs and rumors. Almost no supplies are given to the students. In many cases, however, the pencil sharpeners do not even function. That being said, there are some forms of hope in this place. About a fourth of the teachers actually enjoy teaching and like the students. The other three fourths are visibly disgusted by the students and are most likely in this field for the money. The teachers in it for the money do the easiest possible form of teaching: Handing out packets."
