"I had an appointment for 8:15am they don’t open til 12pm nor do they answer their phones."
"I am so happy I stumbled on this place. Today was my second visit. I've never been happier at a medical appointment. Since my health began to deteriorate more than a decade ago I've been through scores, probably hundreds, of providers of all kinds. Sarah Myers is one of the 3-4 BEST."
"Only giving it two because of the black guy that works there. My three experiences that I’ve had there were the worst I’ve ever had at a doctors office. One: the doctor there does not listen to what you’re saying nor does she keep appointments that were made. She made the mistake of spelling my name wrong even when I told her how to spell it but she never changed it. My lab results weren’t found and they almost made me do it again had I not told them that they spelled my name wrong. Two, the other staff person there was not comforting and I had to get blood done three different times because she couldn’t find my veins and poked me a couple times just to try to find it. Not only that, I had to take a swap two different times because they lost my swap the first time and the second time it was under the misspelled name. To make matters worse, as they led my lab results to me the door was open which I’m pretty sure is a HIPAA violation. All in all, my experience here was NOT GOOD and for them to be a public health center it was very concerning. The forgetfulness, them not listening and the unwelcoming energy there would make me never come back as a patient. Please don’t come here if you’re looking for quality service."
"This office NEVER answers the phones. EVER! I also don't understand the fact that this is a NORTH Philadelphia clinic bit they try to funnel you all the way up Woodland Ave. to their "main" clinic. I have been trying to contact someone since Monday. It is now Wednesday and I can't even get through to someone to file a complaint because the number is out of service. Oh and the doctors are pushy, they don't listen to the patient...the only good service I have received was from the nurses who conducted my lab work."
"So I came in on Thursday for the first time for their "Adult Walk-In," but there was none. Which was fine, but the sign clearly says "but if you need to speak to a nurse ask." Or something very similar to asking for a nurse. I have an ear infection and needed to speak to someone. Anyways, I came in and stood in line for about 10 minutes. When I came to the front desk, I asked the lady if there was an adult walk-in because I need to see someone. She said "No adult Walk-Ins." So I said "okay, well I can't see someone? Beca.." And the lady replied in the rudest way and most ignorant way, like I can't understand English, "NO ADULT WALK-INS." So I left. I understood her the FIRST time, but the sign said if you need to speak to a nurse than ask. That's all I wanted to do, was speak to a nurse. But instead, in the most ignorant way ever, she repeated herself. Anyways, without having to speak to a nurse, I decided to just wait out on my ear infection and to see another office."
