"I've been going here for five years, and had my daughter with their help. I like my doctor, but the office has become impossible to make an appointment with. They always are booked up, and they've stopped sending reminders for when you're due for your annual. If you try and make an appointment, they tell you they're booked up and can't schedule you until they receive their (insert fall, winter, spring summer) schedule, which is sometimes months away. I'm currently four months past due on my annual and think I might have a cyst. I guess it's time to find another location."

"I am pregnant for the first time. The doctors in this hospital are like robots. just say ok and that's it. they run away and do not clarify anything. I don't feel safe in this hospital. I'm very afraid how everything will go. because the doctors did not give any care as a patient and mother for the first time. "I have been a patient here for over a few years but as of late this place has been leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Dr.kean had to cancel an appt because of an emergency. Emergencies happen to everybody no biggie. I was told they would call me the following week to reschedule the appt time but that never happened. Never the less it’s been over 3 weeks and no appt! I’ve literally called the office every week to figure out when I could get an appt to come and have my mirena replaced which is giving me horrible pains and for the last 3 weeks I’m told her assistant would call me back in 2 days and that I’m next to be reschedule. I’m honestly at my wits end and I am looking for a new OBGYN which kinda sucks because I do like Dr.Kean just hate the fact that when I call I’m always told they will call back and they don’t. Any other office gives you a appt right when you call."
