"Don’t waste your time, gas, or energy coming here. The office staff acts like they have somewhere better to be. The office looks run down and needs repair. I was assigned a therapist named “Khastuna.” When she called me to do the take questions, I thought we were good to go. Our first session the following week, she began by saying “if you continue to come here” .. then continued and asked all the same questions she asked me on the phone the previous week, wasting half our session time. Oh, plus she didn’t come out to retrieve me from the sitting area till 1115 (our appt is 11). We end the session and make the appointment for the following week, over the phone, same day and time. I received the phone call the following week at again about 1115am. During this session, I was interrupted frequently by a lawn lower going by her window. She also asked me a question, in which I answer, and then she asked me the same question again, that happened 3x during the call with different questions about what we were talking about. When ending the call, she called me Amanda. (Not my name) we scheduled the next session for the following week, same day and time. So, now, I sat and waited for my phone call for our 11am session.. at 1126am I called the office, and was told she would call me back in 5 mins, at 1140am my husband called me and said he received a missed call from my therapist.. I asked what time what was. He stated it was 1115am. So that was prior to me calling the office looking for her.. so I waited. A call came through from the office number at 1158am, just as our session would have ended. This therapist left me a voicemail saying that she had called me .. no explaining what happened or taking responsibility for what she did. How do you call the emergency contact and not the patient ? I called the office during our scheduled time and you didn’t call back until the session was over? I didn’t answer her. She left me a voicemail saying “if I want to continue therapy to call her.” Sounds like this was all deliberate honestly. I just called the office and cancelled my appointment with the “doctor” and will be seeking someone more professional and concerned with my well-being. She made this out to sound like it’s my fault and that’s gaslighting my friends. For someone who really needs help, this is very discouraging. Oh and also for the record, the Office open till 6 but the receptionist leaves before 4pm,"
"Lol I was just reading the reviews, and I couldn't believe they were that bad. I just called to try and schedule a appointment for the 1st time. Lol you guys weren't exaggeration, the Russian lady on the phone was VERY rude, when I asked for a appointment. She must've not understood me, and hung up on me. I call back, and I'm sent straight to voice email. I feel so violated. Crazy"
"They Need to start meeting with patients again. Body action's along with other things would help them know how their patients are Really doing. Phone appointment off and on. Not open to personal appointment's yet. Not good, Right now."
"Two of the best therapists I've ever had (Lisa and Khatuna) work here. Dr. Jacobs is helpful with the medication and is open to making adjustments as needed with my antidepressants. Don't listen to the negative reviews try the facility out for yourself before assuming the worst."
"The psychiatrist is horrible and has a nasty disposition. He does not want to hear your problems, and tells you go tell the therapist your problems because it is not his job. All he wants to do is write a prescription and get you out of his office. All he does is want to make money off of your health insurance. The therapist is a very nice and helpful lady, and she does care and goes out of her way to help you. Otherwise, I can not recommend anyone to this place for treatment."
