"I was shocked when the doctor pediatric enter the room and ask my wife: why you are here She doesn't even speak well english She said our 8 months baby tested positive for covid19 His enswer was : I DON'T CARE WE BOTH LEFT WITH MOUTH OPEN"
"Terrible. Waited over two hours for my 7 yo to get stitches! There’s a different wait for pediatric and adults. They gave the man who asked a time and they told him there was a room opening up. When I asked, no one had answers. David gave him answers and didn’t have any answers for me and Kim Kristen what ever her name is was a liar and rude. Said she couldn’t tell me anything but the other receptionist could. Maybe it’s a color thing. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I refer people here. That was ridiculous and she was MORE THAN HAPPY to remove my child from the waitlist. Rude company, rude and Unknowledgeable staff. If you were going to die don’t come here they’ll make you wait. People were here since 2/3 pm it almost 9pm THATS NOT BEING TREATED AS AN EMERGENCY!"
"short of live saving emergency i will not go here again. they are not associated with CHOP as of Jan 2019. they are not equipped or prepared for small children. thankfully we were transported to the real chop after arguing with the attending e.r. dr... who continuosly stressed that he used to run St. Christophers as if that made their lack of ability better. not that the nurses didnt try , but they were ill trained with equipment they repeatedly stated was new and they never saw before. my 6 month old is not a Guinea Pig... even after the nurses announced i should take him to CHOP the er doctor still argued and imposed thst HE was in charge... terrible...."
"It was a horrible experience . I took my 2 year old bleeding from mouth to ER and as soon as I said she got it After the shot, they all went in an offensive mood. First they ask me to show them how I make formula milk for my daughter. And they started literally humiliating me. Started acting like they are dying of her bad breath and they can’t bear it ( it is because of blood in her mouth and she is not letting me brush) they said there is some food rotten in her nose , they can’t see it but I should go to ENT to get it checked . And they said they don’t see any bleeding and their job is to just deal with emergency situations and apparently this doesn’t seem to be like one. Even though my daughter is so cranky the whole time she kept on scratching her ear, crying loud, banging her head. They said it is some kind of allergy on her ear and there is an infection too . I asked them she hasn’t been eating anything , the mouth started smelling like this couple of days ago. How is that even possible that she has rotten food in her nose. Her gums never bleed before but they didn’t listen. I felt like slapping them all and took my little one crying and bleeding from the gums out of the place. They even asked me where was I the same night , I took her out to a party to deliver cupcakes. They even asked me who is taking care of her when you are delivering cakes, I said I was carrying her the whole time and grand am was there. Stupid staff stupid questions. And they were really rude. Even if you are getting all the info a physician assistant should be consoling or nice . They were really rude and ill mannered.Dr.Osaka was the physician assistant name who was acting like my two year old mouth was smelling like a poop. ( which is just a yeasty blood smell.)"
