"When I was at a track meet a had a racial problem with some of the other students Staff did reprimand them yet Just knowing that is still in homes is not a good thing to deal with on a field in competition. When a child has a different way of learning, they get thrown somewhere else because the teachers and staff are not knowledgeable enough to teach them the way they can understand. Upper Perk is THE WORST school district! I wish I wouldn't of moved to this district!"
