"Billing is absolutely terrible, avoid this place if you need FSA reimbursement as they will not send regular invoices they will just auto-charge your credit card even when you tell them not to. I’ve also found it nearly impossible to reach billing, they never respond to messages in the portal and never answer the phone. I’ve seen several therapists on their roster and so far haven’t found one that’s been helpful but I think that’s probably true of therapy in general."
