"Would give no stars if possible. Dr Pandya said he would contact PT to discuss treatment but never did. The doctor nor his nurse will return phone calls about disability paperwork that was supposed to be sent in the over 1 week ago as no payment has been given by work for 6 weeks because they need the dr to fill out forms. Not the first time this has been an issue."
