When she listened to me share my life experiences, that seemingly on the surface had no relationship to my pain, I was flattered and very impressed. And no, the injection didn't hurt so much at all. "My husband went to this Urgent Care on 1/10 and received great care from Shawna the PA however we were misinformed of what to do for a follow up so we showed back up today because now he has numbness in his hand and the way we were treated by the front desk receptionist is disgusting! Shaking her head at my husband so I walked up to the desk because little does she know I do her job at a different Urgent Care and she was very rude to me! This sets a terrible representation for your company! Empathy and Patience obviously is not what she strives to practice with the patients that walk in."
"It was a Sunday and I expected to wait. We were quoted about 90 minutes wait. It was exactly that when I was called for X-rays… a little wait to go upstairs…a little wait for a room. It was well worth the (expected) wait. The doctor from the Bronx, explained everything, what was wrong, what he could do, and what I could expect. It was an Excellent visit!"

"I am very disappointed in the level of care. I can’t say that I was given because I was turned away. I came in with my child barely able to walk because of the severity of pain. The woman at the front desk lacked empathy and had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I was very much aware of my insurance and needing a referral. I am also aware that my insurance can back date it up to 90 days. She did absolutely nothing to help with a resolution to allow me to be evaluated for further care. She wanted me to pay $330.00 as a self pay in order to be seen. I was very disgusted and will no longer be recommending or a part of rothman. You should reevaluate who you have being the face of the urgent care."
