The staff is always pleasant friendly and fun to talk with. The office is spotless. Dr.Tonnessen has put together a ALL Star Staff. Dr. Tonnessen is straight forward positive as well as compassionate. He will do what ever is needed to deliver the best care he can give. His Staff From walking in the door to his Medical group is a Class Act. Know one is phony or appear to not enjoy their job LeeAnn the Medical assistant has the energy of 10 people and adorable personality. Sue the Sonographer is a true professional and a joy to be around. Very clear on procedure. Dr.Laden who removed my extreme amount of varicose veins was also very clear on process true Professional. Amanda my receptionist is awesome friendly and again a joy to talk to. "I had seen a special for the month of November and inquired through the website. I received a call back and had asked if I could pay in Nov and get treatment in December as i’m going on a vacation the first week and can’t get treatment until I get back after Dec 12. I was told yes, absolutely so I had planned on scheduling an appointment that week. I got another call back the next day as they didn’t realize someone already got back to me but this person said it definitely can’t be used in December. This is like the third time i’ve received conflicting information and very different pricing depending on who you talk to, so unfortunately, although Ladan is awesome and the ladies that answer the phone are very sweet, I value consistency and transparency in pricing and don’t feel like I can make other appointments here."
