"I had my first appointment here today, and I’m trying to make a point of leaving reviews for positive experiences as I know firsthand how hard it is to be in healthcare today (it seems sometimes like only the bad reviews get left!). This place is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and helpful, and Amanda has to be the most compassionate and efficient healthcare provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She also is the best at pulling blood; I didn’t feel a thing. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Prentice yet, but I know from family that sees him that he is wonderful physician. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"New to the area and set this office up as my primary care doctor last year and set up my next year's appointment with them for this coming year for my yearly check up. Called to make an appointment for another issue and the receptionist told me I "wasn't really a patient there" and I hadn't really been there "except for one random appointment". Her exact words. I don't know what side of the bed she woke up on or why "low appointment count shaming" (that's not even a thing!) me was the key to making herself feel better - butmyself, husband, 2 kids, and parents, all new to the area, have all found a new primary care physician's office. She has made her own statements true. I am no longer a patient there and now that was a "random appointment"."
