"The nurse from the days of the caveman, needs reeducation on the physical conditions that can come from anxiety, and the effects are real that can occur to the human body. these so called professionals need to have a open mind that we are real people dealing with real symptoms and not everybody is coming there for narcotics. Point in hand, talking to your grandparents about a PS5. Thus said, get up on the scientific studies from this century and put down the stone tablets that are outdated."
"I really appreciate all the services I have been provided so far. I was not in good shape emotionally. The support services., such as...therapeutic counseling,, medical and treatment plans have helped me with my history of severe anxiety and depression. It's true, at times, I've had to wait to be seen; or the doctors have occasionally need to respond to mental health crisis. It's sad to have so many of their employees leave us. My therapist resigned. Hopefully, they will assign me to someone else. Under the different circumstances that happens, I will recommend this place to anyone that is in need of mental health. Out of five stars, I rated them with four stars."
"I usually dread going here, because of the atmosphere. For someone who suffers from mental illness, I get very anxious when I have to call a week before I need an appointment. The only person working at the front desk, that will truly help make sure you are seen when needed is Sunny. I had a horrible time today trying to get an appointment, a woman that must be new, with a spanish accent could not help me. All she said is they were full on the two days I am able to be seen before running out of my meds. Now I get to sit here more anxious and worried. The only bright side of having to be seen here, is Nurse Michelle. She is the highlight of my visit. She is very warm and welcoming, and always makes sure my needs are met. Dr. Salgunan is a very hard working doctor, that I feel is over worked. I always feel bad for him. He tries to see everyone around there appointment time, but because of back to back appointments, the wait is long. This is not the doctors fault, because he wants to actually hear how everyone is doing, and make sure they are feeling their best. Now I will sit here for the next couple of hours trying to control my mind."
