"This is the best vape shop for 20 miles!!! I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to them over the local places. I went in yesterday for the first time in awhile, they helped me alot. I had a small issue they werent mean or rude. They were very friendly and helpful with me. (If you guys remember me yesterday with the vape issue thank you guys….) It is always clean in the store. They always say hello. The prices are phenomenal compared to other local shops. It’s just a great all around place. I look to going. Stop by sometime. It is worth it."

"THREATENED BY EMPLOYEE FOR CALLING ONE TIME ASKING IF THEY HAD A PRODUCT IN STOCK! DONT SHOP HERE! Wish I could give customer service 0 stars. Only had one interaction. I called the store ONE time (I was in town for an hour and wanted to see if they had a particular product since they were near by). When an employee answered and I asked for the product he stated, and I quote, “This is the fifth call I got from this phone number asking for this product that I already told you we don’t carry.” I stated “I’m sorry sir this is the first time I’ve ever called your store, I’m not from this area so it’s impossible for you to receive calls from my number, but thanks anyway” This is when he got nasty with his broken English: “I said we don’t carry product and you call 5 times. If you call me one more time there will be a problem for you I make sure” At that point I heard enough and knew I wouldn’t give this guy my business so I told him thanks for the threat and I’ll make sure others will see how you treat possible customers? And people you have never even met. I was not rude or nasty after explaining I never contacted the store before and he goes directly to threatening me. Great way to run a business and wish I could report him but figured the least I could do is write a review and warn others how this owner acts."

"Awesome little shop!! Huge variety of everything: unique & well-made glass pieces, all the fun smoking accessories & torches, and some of the best vaping flavors/brands. Cali Plus frozen blackberry… 10/10 recommend. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. I moved to Baltimore city a few summers ago but this place is definitely worth taking a special trip back to HarCo!"
