"Dr. Shiloh is amazing. He is kind, understanding and caring. He's the only reason I am giving 2 stars. The USA Fibroid Conglomerate is disappointing at best. I scheduled my pre-screening biopsy and UFE in May for Aug. When I went to the office for the biopsy, I was initially told that my appointment was canceled but they couldn't call me because their systems were down. Like the gem he is , Dr. Shiloh saw me anyway and performed the biopsy. However the scheduling that was made in May did not allow for enough time for a regular prior authorization from my insurance company are the biopsy results came back. My biopsy was on a Friday the results were back on Monday the authorization wasn't submitted until Wednesday. I had to call my insurance provider on Thursday to change frym regular authorization to to expedited/high priority, (with a 72 hrs expected turnaround) but they were unable to make a decision prior to UFE. All of my pto, the pto of my support person would have been wasted if I had not been an advocate for myself. The attempt to reschedule for Thursday was not feasible as I couldn't change my time off so drastically on such short notice. I canceled everything with a "sorry not sorry" response from the call center. I am back to looking for another provider while experiencing the worst pain, because of the lack of care in healthcare at othe USA Fibroid Conglomerate. I again want to express Dr. Shiloh is great and if he wasn't attached to this place, I would recommend him."

"Zero stars would be much more accurate! Do Not Make this place your first choice! I went for a consult in the fall of 2020. First, the address that was given when I made the appointment was wrong, I was sent to a beer distributor in Southampton, PA. the actual office was several blocks away on the opposite side of the street. I brought my own recent imaging and informed staff of this when scheduling my appointment. This information was further repeated upon check in, and AGAIN to the two women that INSISTED THE DOCTOR REQUIRED NEW IMAGES. These women conversed almost entirely in Russian while discussing my care/imaging and only stopped when I told them that I would like to understand what is happening with my healthcare. Before imaging I explained to them that it was a moot action since I’d used the restroom since I’d been in the office. They scolded me for it, and continued to try an ultrasound. It of course was inconclusive. They agreed that they could nothing! I REPEATED FOR THE THIRD TIME IN THAT OFFICE, that I’ve brought my own imaging! I had my consult, nice doctor. I told him of his staff’s attempt, and he said he didn’t need one! Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for over $1700 for an ultrasound. I informed my insurance of this fraudulent charge (which they partially paid), as well as all three credit bureaus. USA fibroid centers has sent me to three DIFFERENT COLLECTION AGENCIES, and I have responded within 30 days, via certified mail to ALL notices (yes, still have the receipts). I still get harassed via text, email (after a year calls have stopped) about paying for an ultrasound that was not needed by the doctor, when the staff knew I had my own. On each call I made to dispute the bill, I was rerouted all over their company several times; most times to be disconnected. Very recently (despite having disputed this charge with each notice) they have added this charge to my credit report!! This is an ongoing saga, 2 1/2 years later. They are a fraud. Be very careful before handing over your credit card, SSN, and insurance information. In my opinion this is a predatory, unethical business and I would tread carefully."

"This organization is very scattered. I’ve called on three different occasions to schedule a consult and I continuously get the run around. One person said I need a referral the other doesn’t …and in the meantime my whole appointment was missed. The procedure I need done is serious and now I don’t even trust them to operate on me."
