"I just moved to the Leaders Heights area and stopped here for some incense and filters. When I asked where the bags for the incense were he pulled a single bag from under the counter and stood there, twenty five feet away, waving it at me. When I asked where the filters were he pointed at the wall next to me. I looked and when I told him there were no filters he yelled that I was standing in front of them I said filters twice more before he realized I didn't mean TUBES. Then he waived at another shelf. Still no filters, so now he's angry again. I would like to point out that at no time did this cashier (?) Come out from behind the counter to assist and I was the only customer in the store. This was my first and last visit. Why is that person interacting with customers? If he's an employee, fire him. If he's the owner he might want to see how many other tobacco stores are in the area and adjust his attitude accordingly."
