"I have gone to Dr Krum for many years. He takes you right on time. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Krum has helped me many times when I was so in pain and could hardly walk. I will continue with Dr Krum as long as he is practicing."
"I had gone to PA Orthopedics and had Dr. D’Addesi in 2021 and HE was great. Apparently he left which, after my recent experience, would make sense. I came back for follow up in November-December 2022 with Dr. Schwartz. I won’t go into all of the unfortunate details but what a change for the worse! Dealing with the office, and the physician assistant, in particular, was a nightmare. This very young lady appeared to be lacking in social skills and executive functioning skills. Every one of the six or so interactions I had with her were painfully devoid of the kind of respect and responsiveness you would expect from a Doctor’s office. Even the most basic services like getting a call back, help understanding the diagnosis, the insurance, where to get an MRI, etc. was delivered at a substandard level. I explained this to my primary care doctor who had given me the referral and he apologized and said that other patients had recently complained as well. After that I went to Rothman. What a difference. Friendly, responsive, helpful, supportive. I wouldn't recommend Pennsylvania Orthopedic Association to anyone."
"As I entered the office I was greeted by a polite and gracious representative who was able to check me in and I was seated about 10 minutes before I was seen by Dr Krum. Dr. Krum was very attentive to my needs and more importantly explained in layman's terms my condition. I was greatly pleased with my test results and I was asked just how I wanted to proceed. I am going to follow up in a few months . I walked out feeling relieved that knee surgery wasn't needed at this time."
"I have been recovering for carpel tunnel and ulnar relocation on the same arm for last 4 months and all the sudden- trigger finger. I Cannot express how much I appreciate how Dr. Krum helped resolve a very painful trigger finger. He evaluated carefully, explaining exactly what was going on with my Thumb and offered a very successful solution. Dr Krums communication was warm, and easy to understand and executed a very scary shot with little or no pain. And I wanted to give a shout out to his admin team. They were friendly, great to get me on the doctor’s calendar very quickly, and followed up seamlessly. I will definitely have this doctor and team in my Network for my future challenges on my arms hands.. and what ever else he can fix."
"I am thoroughly impressed by Dr Krum's professional expertise and his amazing bedside manner! I have no doubt he will help me to get rid of pain and discomfort in no time! I would also like to thank the office staff Jenna and Delores (I hope my spelling is satisfactory) for being really helpful and sweet!"
