"The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of respect and the dismissive attitude towards my health concerns left me feeling completely dissatisfied with this office. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality healthcare."
"0 STARS . You will wait an hour!!! They will shut you down at the door if you’re 1 minute late!!! Came 15 mins early and still have been waiting. I blame management!! Hire more people, dont add so many time slots if you are short staff and can’t give services on time!!!!!"
"On October 28th at 10:50 am at Planned Parenthood, I encountered a very hard situation with a registered nurse named Tasha Brooks. Upon my visit, I called into the Planned Parenthood call center on October 27th to speak with a doctor because I had questions about STDs, such as HIV. I specifically asked the representative on the phone if I could see a doctor because I had a lot of questions and concerns, despite not having any symptoms. However, when I went to my visit on October 28th, my request to see a doctor was not accommodated. Instead, a regular staff member was attending to me. I immediately informed the staff member, who was about to draw my blood, that I not only wanted my blood drawn but also wanted to be educated about STDs. She promptly stated that her job was solely to draw blood. This left me confused because I had clearly expressed my desire to see a doctor during my initial phone conversation. The staff member then apologized and suggested that I file a complaint with the nurse and schedule another visit to see the doctor. As we left the patient room and returned to the main area where the staff were situated, the staff had me speak with Tasha. Tasha shared her space with about five other staff members. She inquired about the issue, and I explained that I had initially scheduled an appointment to speak with a doctor about STDs and to have my blood drawn. Tasha then asked what questions I had about STDs. I immediately began to feel uncomfortable, considering that there were other patients and staff members within I immediately began to feel uncomfortable, considering that there were other patients and staff members within earshot of our conversation. I sensed a breach of privacy and confidentiality, which made me feel violated. I expressed my discomfort to Tasha, stating that I did not feel at ease discussing my STD-related queries in front of other patients & staff. Tasha reacted with an attitude and led me to a more private room. However, the tension and frustration persisted, and I reiterated my preference to speak with a doctor. Tasha denied my request, citing my lack of symptoms as a reason to withhold access to the doctor during the visit. Despite my repeated requests, Tasha insisted that any of the staff could educate me on STD-related matters, which I politely declined, reiterating my preference to speak with a doctor. Tensions escalated as I declined the panels of STD tests, prompting Tasha Brooks to slam the file cabinet drawer in frustration. A heated argument ensued, during which my voice grew louder, and I felt increasingly disillusioned by Tasha's demeanor. Despite my pleas, Tasha and the other staff members disregarded my requests to see the doctor, aligning themselves with Tasha's stance. Sheila Adrona, who was present, witnessed Tasha's behavior but did not intervene, even when I asked her if I could still be seen and have my blood drawn. She responded negatively, stating that I was being irate. Not once did she correct Tasha's behavior. When I asked Tasha about her nursing license, she initially denied having one and later refused to provide her license number, citing restrictions. My experience at Planned Parenthood was distressing and embarrassing, leaving me with no intention of returning."
"I hate this place with a passion. They do not care about the patients, they don’t show up on time for appointments and do not go the extra mile for the clients. This location needs to be shut down. Worst experience of my life with them. They cancelled MY appointment, rescheduled me and still didn’t show up to MY appointment but are making my life difficult just for a prescription when I have been in the system for over 2 years at this location. 0/0"
"This location does not provide a grace period for patients. I arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic and having to find parking at this location upon arrival as there are only about 7 parking spaces, which are realistically being used by staff members and not patients. The waiting room at the clinic was full, and I was told that they would not be able to see me since I was 15min late and they had 2 people waiting to be seen for an 11:45 appointment time. Realistically patients wait at least 30 minutes before they are seen by a provider at a clinic and are at the clinic for at least an hour for a 15 minute appointment. Just as clinics ask patients to have grace with providers when they are running behind, as they always are, clinics should also provide patients with grace if they arrive 10-15 minutes late. I had to make this appointment last minute since another location cancelled my appointment due to the AC being out and the front desk staff refused to reschedule my appointment and denying me entry into the clinic for my appointment. Given Planned Parenthood’s mission, I expect better customer service and accommodations for patients. However, this location obviously doesn’t care about their patients as their google rating is 2.8 stars and multiple people have complained about this issue, so management has clearly not implemented any new practices/policies to address this issue."
