"Wish i could give them No star.Took my mother there to get blood work.Had to wait more than a hour.She went to use the bathroom.I told her they called. She goes up and asks the girl there if they called her. She gave her attitude talking about that nobody called her. They did called her.They're ghetto and unprofessional there. All they do is laugh and play around. If you're not going to do your job then don't be there. They need to shut this place down."

"Where to even begin. To have my intake for BH services I needed to wait several months. After that appointment I found out it was only the first half of the intake. I needed to wait another month for the second half. Another month to finally see a psychiatrist. I was provided medication monthly and needed to have my appointments for refills. Due to the Docs schedual they needed me to wait 5 weeks for my next apt which was fine by me. 2 weeks before my pills started to run out I called and left messages for tbe Doc explaining I was low and didn't ever get a callback. Today I went in physically to the location to find out their phone service "doenst really work, well it works but..." so no one was ever going to return my calls. When I asked about a refill I was told I needed to wait until my next apt. Not a way to handle patients in need my psychiatric medications."

"My daughter had 4 appointments scheduled and everone of them was an no show by psychiatrist. They were televisit appointments they will send the link the same day of her appointment and no one will ever showed. They are so unprofessional there I have spoke with the case manager she has lack of knowledge of what her employees are doing and I really think she doesn't care. This place should be closed down you are dealing with people mental health and when it comes to health of any kind you don't never play around with that. If I could give them no stars that's what they would be give"
