"This was my first actual visit and Ms Donna M.Adkins from prenatal was very helpful and pleasant as well very knowledgeable as to different responses for me. She deserves an award because she truly seems to enjoy helping others."
"I just talk to the most rude person in the world, I call to ask for something and the person on the phone was super rude. That’s sad how some people can be so miserable at their job and they live it by spreading it with anyone they come across."
"I called to help my mom schedule an appointment today because there was a pain in her lower stomach, which caused her back pain. Normally, at Health Center 10, she can walk in and see one of the doctors before they will refer her to somewhere else. However, my mom told me that we must schedule an appointment first. After the call got through, everything was fine initially until the person I was talking to said that the earliest appointment time they could schedule was in late October after her yearly check-up appointment with the family doctor, which is around one month from now. I asked her, saying we were trying to schedule a walk-in. What does it have to do with the yearly check-up and family doctor? Then she questioned me with attitude, saying, "Well, walk-in is for emergencies. Does your mom have an emergency?" The definition of emergency to me means I have to call 911 instead of calling the Health Center 10 to schedule a walk-in, but okay. I told her to hold, and I asked my mom about the question, but 20 seconds later, they just ended the call. I tried to call back two times, but they have yet to answer even though I was the first person, according to the automated voice. It seems she was purposely not answering. My mom plans to switch to a different place, such as a hospital. The only reason she even picked Health Center 10 is because of how close it was to our house, but if the latest she can see her family doctor is one month from now and the scheduling is so difficult, it is worth the switch."
"I would leave a zero if I could, I promise in my first appointment everyone was soooo nice, but NOW I will proceed to tell you my WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE. I qualified for the insurance due to my immigration status and income, I was very excited that I found a place to get medical care. I am currently 3 months pregnant. I came to my prenatal appointment, I brought ALL the documents they asked me to provide. The lady in charge of interviewing me was EXTREMELY RUDE, she asked me in which hospital I wanted to get medical attention I answered firstly Einstein, she asked me again which hospital I would like to get attended, so I got a little nervous for the question so I gave a name of a hospital that I know, a random one. As soon as I gave here that answer she said to me, go call them and schedule an appointment with them because in here we cannot give you any medical attention. I FROZE all I said was "ok". I'm okay if they don't give me an insurance, it's FINE. BUT DENY ME MEDICAL ATTENTION? I couldn't even get my prenatal care appointment, I am really struggling. I was supposed to get checked today, regardless if I had to pay or not, she basically told me to leave. Previously in my first appointment they asked me the same question and I was so happy to get attended in Einstein Hospital, but I cannot believe I got denied the chance, I feel humiliated and sad. If you need prenatal care DON'T COME HERE NEVER, PLEASE NEVER."
"It's ridiculous how they treat people in person and over the phone, it's like they're doing you a favor. If you're not happy working with the public, just leave and resign, no one is obliged to listen to disrespect or impoliteness just because you don't know how to deal with people, I've called several times to schedule an appointment and when I explain the situation she hangs up on me"
