"They go really quick and spend very little time with you doing your laser hair removal treatment. Numbing gel is not used and I was burnt on my upper lip after one of my treatments. For the very high price, I would expect more thorough care than to be rushed in and out multiple times."

"Dr. DeBias is the only person who I will let touch my face with a laser. He had helped me more than anyone ever has with a particular issue I was suffering with for years. I had a broken capillary right on the bridge of my nose, and I have had upwards of eight or so treatments before I came into his office! I’m not exaggerating. In fact, I might be missing a few. I have been blistered by double board-certified plastic surgeons, that left me more red than when I came in, and some treatments did nothing at all. This particular issue was traumatic for me, deeply upsetting and consumed a lot of my mental space because I work with faces for a living so it really just weighed on me. Dr. DeBias was so confident that he could help me and he was right! Not only did he only charge me for our initial session, which is above and beyond, he actually had me text him pictures, so that he could track my progress personally. My nose looks perfect right now, which was what I had been hoping for! And I know that because capillaries are tricky, and I ever do have a reoccurrence I can say with absolute confidence that I finally found my guy who could help me! I completely trust him. I’m honestly just so grateful that I found him, and he was just such a human, and I can tell that he cares for people more than he does about money. Not that I think he shouldn’t charge for what he does, I do! But it was so nice to just be cared for after I had already spent thousands of dollars on treatment with other people. He spent significant time educating me on skincare, evaluating my skin, offering a recommendation, then taking a conservative and NATURAL APPROACH. He is not the stereotypical aesthetician (smiley, says you're beautiful ten times, then injects you with everything so you're insta-ready). "What a great first-time customer experience! I came to the office via referral of a friend. The wonderful receptionist welcomed me almost immediately with a warm hello. The necessary paperwork handed to me quickly and explained thoroughly. Sitting in the bright, modern waiting room was a nice change from the typical doctor office waiting rooms. A short wait before Jeanne DeBias brought me back to the exam room. First impressions of the very clean, bright, organized and large exam room impressed me. No wait for the doctor...he was in the exam room waiting to meet me. We sat to discuss the procedure in length. Any questions or concerns, he honestly answered. I didn't get the normal brush off that you get with some doctors. He made positive suggestions to any future work I wanted done without the pressure of a salesperson. Dr. DeBias was gentle and very thorough during the procedure making sure I was comfortable. He explained aftercare instructions completely. I will definitely schedule more appointments!
