"Stop calling my wife over and over again over some measley $30 bill. I got the bill yesterday and a check was mailed from my bank yesterday. There is no reason for Lisa's aggressive behavior, calling my wife over and over again. My wife is an overnight nurse and you are waking her up for no reason. This type of conduct is unacceptable and cannot happen again. YOU ARE NOT TO CALL MY WIFE AGAIN. I hope I make myself clear."
"Been going to this practice for years unfortunately, I had some major health issues during that time from a blood disorder, stroke which caused some brain damage and up to having to have a stent placed in my heart. Dr. Lewcan has been my doctor for many years and sees me every 90 days for follow up. His continued follow up, support, caring of my well being and his diagnosis I feel has saved me more than once. The staff is always pleasant and cooperative to my needs. Appointments are care free and very welcoming if you show up at your expected time, usually your in and out within a timely fashion if not before. I have been at a lot of practices during my life time but this has been the best and I have no intentions of going elsewhere. The communications with doctors within the Doyelstown network is awesome! All my doctors including my primary always know what’s going on and I feel my primary has and continues to go above and beyond when it comes to keeping me on the up and up. The communication is always responsive from the front desk crew , the nurses and right down to the MA’s. I see a lot of negative feedback and just had to say I’ve never experienced a problem here in more than 2 decades and I always recommend this practice to anyone I know. Not to say every practice May have it’s bad days but this practice always shows improvement and serious concern for it patients such as me. I usually don’t do reviews ever and steer away from them, but had to on this one. As you get older trust, honesty, and a quick but accurate and reliable diagnosis means everything in a doctor and their practice to continue on and enjoy the golden years of ones life. Even when it comes to waiting in the ER they always call ahead so they know your on your way and in my case or cases it’s always been a pleasure. Doctors and their practices are a part of life and as I get older and that’s why my entire family goes to them by treating a partner in life with respect returns the respect in more ways than one. Also, want to mention they have not one but two offices and I’ve been to both of them more than once either on my own or with a family member. A lot of testing from EKG’s to blood work can be done during your appointment to save from running elsewhere if required. "First off the PA I saw was kind, knowlegeable and HONEST about when she didnt know about something, which was great. However the service of this office doesnt even deserve one star, especially Joan. Just about getting the money quick and getting you out quick, very disrepectful, rude no regard for good customer service at all. Shes the kind of person who probably hates her job and shows it. Front desk always seems bored or confused or both. Nursjng staff is also great but WAY understaffed. Good luck trying to get a perscription you need quick, completely irresponsible. You will feel VERY VERY RUSHED, and unimportant and things go missed. It is NOT the fault if the doctors most of the time, but understaffed, overbooked and bad policies. Called a new office today was like night and day in comparison. STAY AWAY FROM HERE."
"I was a previous patient , emphasis on previous. The dr I saw left in June and was great. However now I will never return to this practice. I had an incredibly hard time refilling a prescription that I ran out of because my requests were ignored. Than I started calling the office. I spent over an half an hour asking for a refill between the front desk and speaking to a nurse. Was told I had to make an appointment to renew which I was not previously told. I asked for a telemedicine appointment since right now I am taking care of my mom 24 hours 7 days a week and is in critical care. I was told no they cannot do that, saved for Covid patients. So it is possible, but not for my situation. The nurse agreed to renew for 30 days only and will not be renewed until I come in. I said ok. Well it was not called in like I was told and prompted yet another series of phone calls. I was told oh we have no record of your previous call, really, the very next day. This nurse would not renew even after I explained my extreme hardship. I spoke to the office manager and things only got worse with her. I was out of this medicine for several days already after they ignored the pharmacy requests to fill with no explanation until I reached out. The medicine is not a very strong anti depressant and during a time in my life that I needed to be on it, I could not get this renewed without being talked to like a moron, multiple calls and brought me to a breaking point in my life that I will not forget. So now I am searching for a new primary. I will never come here again!!!!"
