"Extremely poor customer service provided by Monty and the other 3 employees working at this location today. No one greeted upon entering the store and not one person in uniform or representing this company. Most likely a small time pawnshop. Monty offered me 10$ cash or 20$ store credit for a brand new PS5 video game still factory sealed. Honestly shocked and confused as to how this LLC creates business or even staying afloat. Im guessing they just rob the community and take advantage of people in our local area so they can strive and make 1000% profit from our loss. I’d recommend this location to step up there business and update there entire store and jewelry/electronics. All they had were a bunch of tvs just sitting on the floor and a lot of worn down and used dusty and rusted tools. All of the inventory and jewelry looked like it came from the TJ max across the street and local dumpsters. Very low end Pawn Shop with no integrity or customer service. I’m guessing this LLC or SCorp is looking to rob our beloved beautiful community and file for bankruptcy and opening another new LLC else where. Definitely do not come to this location if you value money or your own personal belongings."

"As soon as you walk in there negative there moto is they will do you a favor by giving you cheap price then re sale for like 70% profit so dont go there looking for reasonable price they will rip you of then make it seem as of they are doing you a favor plus there rude you can look at other reviews"

"Cool store, staff was cool definitely sold me the worst handgun in there section but I’m not sure if the guy who was selling it to me was lying or just genuinely thought nothing was wrong with the gun when he said to me “ oh, Turkish guns there great man “ cause it definitely wasn’t, but now I know to watch out for certain shops/items I really just wish this wouldn’t have happened with my first ever gun buy but what are you going to do I guess."

"My now go to spot for buying or selling firearms. Tim and Jason are fair and communicate their offers clearly, unlike most of these gun shops in the area with the tacticool wanna be commandos and jerks who try to lowball you at every opportunity. Is it just me or do gun shops purposely hire people with zero personality or customer service skills? Stop by and check out PoA’s inventory and ask for Tim or Jason and they might be able to keep you out of the gun shops. Granted they dont sell ammo or a ton of support items but they have a great wall full of tools and Tim will work a deal with you. He is just good guy"
