"Please remove excellence from your practice. Receptionists are rude, doctors upsell and are also rude, and the location is a dilapidated building with an interior that would have been outdated in 1989."

"Awful experience! They failed to mention 5 cavities my daughter had. They constantly tried to sell up services for an additional charge… I wasn’t aware that a medical office needed to resort to these gimmicks for revenue. Then they said they would find my daughter an oral surgeon so that she could have a tooth removed and they dropped the ball and never got back in touch with us and in the meantime she was in so much pain. The word “excellence” should be removed from their name."
