"I was there on September 8th 2023 to get my very first Buffalo Gold Coin, they did have it on stock, a brand new shiny 2023 1oz Buffalo. Service was fast, they allow me to examine the coin, weight it, test it, etc. I happyly paid a little premium over spot. overall a GREAT service, hope to visit Baltimore sometime in the future, will return there for my second Buffalo coin for sure!, keep up the good work. :)"

"This company used to be my favorite bullion dealer, and I bought from their website for years. Sadly, they have declined drastically in recent years, from failing to ship anywhere near their "estimated availability dates", to falsely advertising items as "in-stock" when they are not actually in-stock, to completely ignoring email inquiries and voicemails from long time customers such as myself. I do not recommend doing business with Golden Eagle Coins... especially online. They simply do not care about anything, and it shows. Once you prepay with a cashier's check, you are at their mercy, and they are not trustworthy anymore. And from what I can tell, they do not even test their bullion in-house with any modern equipment, so you have no idea what you are getting."

"Very frustrating that company does not update hours on Google when they close for a holiday weekend Saturday. I drove an hour to get here. No message on the phone system indicating closure. Hours for holiday are incorrect on the website and in Google. I will be glad to update this review if staff will resolve this issue for future. Happened also July 4 weekend. I spoke to the staff and they clearly did not take the feedback to heart. I spend thousands a year here and still consider myself a loyal customer. As a business owner myself, I know it takes five seconds to update your hours in Google and it's really unthoughtful not to do it."
