"I recently purchased tobacco from BNB Tobacco, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The product I received was not only damaged but also rendered completely unusable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service provided by BNB Tobacco. First and foremost, the packaging was subpar at best. The box appeared to have been through a war zone, with dents, tears, and visible damage. It was evident that the company did not take the necessary precautions to ensure the safe transportation of their products. Upon opening the package, my disappointment only deepened. The tobacco inside was crushed and mangled, making it impossible to use. The once intact and carefully processed leaves were now a jumbled mess, leaving me with nothing but frustration and a complete waste of money. I attempted to contact BNB Tobacco customer service to address the issue, but the experience only worsened. The response time was incredibly slow, and when I finally did receive a reply, it was dismissive and unapologetic. It's disheartening to see a company neglect its responsibility to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. I cannot emphasize enough how displeased I am with BNB Tobacco. Not only did they fail to deliver a product that met basic quality standards, but their customer service also demonstrated a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I strongly advise others to do the same. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – steer clear of BNB Tobacco"

"Order from b n b tobacco several times and the shipping was slow but this time I never got confirmation of my order had to email got it order was on its way checked tracking number never received order email again was told that they did ship it found out it was shipped 4 days after they said it was on it’s way good product but need to treat customers better"

"I'm so grateful to have found BnB a few years back. I order plain cigars from time to time, and every single delivery has been on time (the one time an item was back-stocked, I was offered an opportunity to pick something else). I love the limited-edition drops as well."

"I would highly recommend BnB First I was in search of a cigar that was released in 2021 that I could not find anywhere else or on any cigar warehouse sites. I found what equates to essentially a box of them here. Second I contacted them via chat and had an amazing experience with the sales rep Alex, he confirmed that my cigars were in stock. I placed my order and immediately received a 10% off coupon I forgot to apply to my order, No big deal, Alex applied the coupon which brought down my purchase price. Third, I read other reviews that people have had great experience with same day shipping so I'm hoping that me living close my order will arrive within 1-2 days. Overall I have them bookmarked and will order (or visit in person) in the future."

"I placed an order with BNB Tobacco on 2/9/23 and received a confirmation of my order almost immediately. I read the reviews afterwards and have to be honest, I was pretty nervous. The next day I received an email stating that the items I had ordered were not in stock and on back order. I sent a message to them through their website and it only took about two hours for them to respond with a tracking number and notifying me that my order had shipped out that day which was on 2/10/23. I received my package today on Monday (2/13/23) through priority shipping. Everything came in perfect condition/quality. I think they may have a automatic reply in place still through email because of COVID and all of the shipping/stock issues that have occurred in the recent past. I am very pleased with BNB and my experience with them as a first time customer. Prices are great and fast shipping so no complaints. A lot of businesses in the past couple years have experienced issues so I don't believe it's isolated to just this company."
