"You can never get a appointment here if you cancel then you can never reschedule it’s always 3 months out something needs to be done about this."
"The doctor and the nurses are very nice and professional, the doctor also followed up with my blood work my calling me. I think the only issue I have with this place is that I felt scammed. My wife made my appointment so I didn’t worry much about the details when I went in, I was 10 mins late and they still let me in for my check up. But when my insurance billed me $280 dollar for a doctor appointment I felt scammed bc my wife book the appointment as a annul checkup but Jefferson proceeded it as a doctors visit so i had to pay $280 dollars out of pocket when all I wanted was a annual check up. (I was having cough issues during my visit so the doctor prescribed me medications to try and asked me to come back for an follow up and guess what, I was billed another 225 dollars (including lab work) out of pocket.) I regret switch my primary bc I know for sure they wouldn’t have had scammed me. This place is clean the staff is nice but they’re out there to scam your money. Definitely make sure what your appointment is bc you might be set back almost $500 dollars like me."
"Find another practice. They wasted a year of my life to cancel my appointment and now my health is much worse because they don’t deal with common women’s diseases. They also have problems with writing prescriptions, which is concerning."
"I had a bad experience on the phone today with whoever answered the offices phone. Made me feel like I shouldn’t be calling or as if my reason for needing an urgent sick visit wasn’t urgent, meanwhile I have an oozing rash on my torso. TMI . Granted she tried to help me but her tone was not appreciated. I’m changing my PCP. I loved coming here but it’s almost impossible to see my doctor, so what’s the point when you can barely even get a phone visit or in person visit anyway."
"DO NOT GO HERE. I have had awful experiences getting my medication refilled. My doctor is currently on maternity leave and when I asked to get my medication refilled, the receptionist told me I couldn't until my doctor came back 5 MONTHS LATER. I told her this is a serious medication that I cannot wait 5 months to get refilled and she told me "too bad". This place does not care for their patients and has a strong lack of communication."
