"Worst doctor's office I've ever been to! They just tell you to go to urgent care because they don't have appointments and they won't prescribe you medication over the phone, you need to go in person even if you were already seen for the same issue. AVOID!"

"Poor patient care. It’s impossible to get an appointment. I called for an appointment because I was feeling under the weather and was refused an appointment because “they don’t see sick patients in office.” What kind of doctors office does that? Dr. Zakrewski always comments on my weight when I do come to the office and says “I won’t have my problems if I lost the weight.” I don’t even consider myself overweight. How rude of a doctor to say. It’s almost impossible to speak with someone on the phone. The phone keeps ringing and all messages are left unanswered. When I am able to speak with someone I’m met with extreme rudeness and hostility. Don’t waste your time at this office unless you want to be treated poorly."

"I had been a loyal customer of Dr. Martynic for over 40 years, he has been my primary physician my entire adult life and he gets 5 stars. His practice though appears to be changing hand and his new partners care nothing for longevity or loyalty. The office won't return phone calls and referrals are next to impossible to get."

"Many in the office are very nice and my husband really likes the Dr. however, the referral person, Terri has made every single experience painful. She is not capable or willing to follow TRICARE rules and every time we go there, there is a problem. I have called the referral line, left messages never to hear a word only to find that no referral was issued. She made us call around for diagnosis and treatment codes, which we’ve never had to do before. No matter what Tricare tells us we have to do, she seems to think she knows better than them and refuses to do anything unless we follow her “rules”, contrary to tricare policy. Not to mention she’s rude and has 0 customer service skills. Unfortunately, the good experience with the doctor is completely erased every time we have to deal with Terri and we are leaving this practice. We are also providing that feedback to Tricare—who has also tried to mitigate the issues with Terri, and even recommended filing a complaint."

"My elderly Mother was referred to this practice by Doylestown Hospital. When I called for her the first time they set up an appointment for her. Later on in the day I got a call from a very rude receptionist stating that my Mother was there a few years ago and they do not take patients back who transfer out and she would have to check with the Office Manager? I checked in with my Mother and she was only there one time and that was it. She was not an on going patient. I called back and explained this to another receptionist who said she would let the Office Manager know this. A week later the same rude receptionist called back and said we have to cancel her appointment per Office Manager due to she transferred out in the past. This I find very disturbing and discrimination to a level. This is a country that is free to have choices especially the choice to chose what Doctor you want. When I called back to talk with the Office Manager about her decision I was told she was out of the office again. Almost sounds like the high school click that once you don't follow their rules and friendship your ousted. Typical Doylestown snobbery."
