"Would love to provide a lower rating - Dr. Raghu is ultimately the most unprofessional doctor I've come in contact with. He literally mistreated my family member while under such an incredibly fragile frame of mind. I was there, I witnessed it with my own eyes and ears and I am apalled that this person even has a license to do this, he is so rigid, unforgiving, defensive, unprofessional, uncaring and so much more, I have loads more words to say I'm sure you get it. Also the staff closed their window shades and we were unable to reach anyone while we waited well past our scheduled time, I finally went thru the door and Dr. Raghu was just chatting with one of his staff members. No regard to our time, no regard toward my family member's needs, never returned any phone calls after she attempted suicide, so many things wrong with this "so called" doctor."
"Haven’t even had consult yet but have attempted to contact the billing department twice, have yet to reach anyone. And this is after utilizing their system to give me a call back when someone is available."
"I wish I could give zero stars or less. Worst customer service and billing department ever. The billing reps are completely useless people who can't, or won't help you. I'm up to 10 weeks trying to get my account balance fixed after my provider admitted he billed me wrong. He claims he contacted his manager and reported this, plus I have it in writing. The billing department is aware. He was unwilling to do anything else so I won't be returning. When you can't speak to anyone that can help you in 10 weeks, it's either incompetence, fraud, or both. You can't get a manager or supervisor to call back. This place is an absolute disgrace. Nobody needs all these hassles. STAY AWAY!!!"
"the entirety of LifeStance is a joke. I just switched due to issues with my prior office but I guess it's just the state of mental health care these days. I needed prior auth on a prescription and my pharmacy sent that information along twice, but they mysteriously had no record of it. i called eleven days later and they DID have record of both times the pharmacy indicated, but nothing was done about it. even the person I spoke to who works for them was audibly over it, sighing and stating her dissatisfaction with the department in charge of that. when your own staff will let a patient know that things aren't being done in a timely manner or correctly, it's a sign that there is something inherently wrong with the organization as a whole. aside from the issue with prior authorization, the other prescription I needed wasn't sent in correctly and now I'm out and can't get it refilled. why is it so hard to get help? i'm seeking mental health help for a reason and this whole experience is just making things worse. avoid this place."
"I like my psychiatrist. The office itself, in the years that I've been going here, I've always had issues. When I had an emergency, I called and left voicemails for the office but didn't hear back for 24+ hours. I had to call again during business hours to get a reply. I was told that I should reach out to my doctor via the portal instead of calling the office. I sent a message via the portal two weeks ago with no reply. I changed insurances and, without maybe calling to check if I have new insurance, the office billed the entire out-of-pocket cost to my card. So, not great experiences."
