"Overall - staff of the office struggles to keep up, they do not respond to calls, they schedule the wrong names, and the staff was rude to my partner when he came in for his facial - when I went it I felt like a total consideration wasn't done for my skin to find out what products I am currently using, why they don't work, and why we are trying something different. That being said, the doctor herself was very nice but I would just consider a different location. Changed my rating to 1 star because they were not clear at all on payment - I clarified i paid off all balanced in January and received a past due bill in September - I paid it upon receipt but it makes no sense as to why it was so long to get a bill terrible place never again"

"Iam Kathy Agster, after having a full body check with Dr. Batta, I went to pay the co pay and neither Cash or credit card was accepted. "We can bill you". Once you are in that system you can get double billing. I have had to prove with copied check and bank statements. I have cancelled all future appointments. This is a money grab."

"I’ve been going to this office since approximately 2018. Never had any issues until now. Every staff member I encountered was miserable; front desk, medical assistant, doctor. I made my appointment online and stated my reason for visit was acne and full body check. I was not informed until I was checked in and in the exam room I could have one or the other checked but not both. I’ve never heard of such a thing and have had both checked at once previously. Isn’t the point of making a doctor appointment to have all of your concerns addressed? Experiences like this are why people don’t like seeing doctors anymore. Now I have to find a babysitter and pay an additional copay to come back and have my other concern addressed. The doctor I saw, Dr Batta, rushed through my appointment. When I questioned an area of concern she told me quickly I could pay $200 to have it removed or it was take years to go away. The whole thing seemed like a money grab and I left highly disappointed."

"Unfortunately I have been here twice. Both times Dr. Kaplan and the staff that works there have been the best. They explain everything very well. From the procedure to the aftercare. They are always checking to make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Kaplan follows up with you later in the day to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend this practice."
