"I went in for a swollen gland and very sore throat. I was only in the waiting room just to process my insurance and went straight back. The room was very nice and clean love how the chair/table has arms - makes you feel comfortable. The nurse who registered me and took my vitals(Christine) was very nice. The PA Sarah was also very nice and didn’t make me feel rushed and she answered my questions. I’d definitely recommend coming here!"

"Avoid at all costs. I went 3 times in the spring of 2023, I gave my insurance, confirmed they accepted it and paid a copay. Now in December I got an email stating I owed the entire amount due for the visit. I spoke to my insurance and they NEVER got the claims. This place is nice but apparently doesn’t know how to properly bill. I’ve been trying for 6 days to talk to the billing department. They don’t answer the phone or return emails. Good luck if you go here."

"I was in the area visiting family when I suffered an injury to my right side. There was pain but no visible injury. Knowing that I could have broken or at least bruised a rib - I searched for an appropriate emergency care provider. The three professional women at the Carbon Health Urgent Care Center were exceptionally professional and thorough - working as a team. They asked intelligent questions, shared the reasons for their triage steps, explained that there was a worst case risk of a broken rib puncturing my lung. We discussed various aspects of the situation and they involved me in their analysis. They were thorough in their observations and analysis. At the end they provided a diagnosis, sent me the ex-rays and the diagnostic report electronically, so I could share them with my personal physician when I get home. They are to be congratulated for the outstanding way they performed their tasks and how well they treated me. They were enthusiastic about their jobs, encouraging me to appreciate my good health, and providing advice on how to monitor my condition and what to do in the case of any subsequent related issues. "I went here because my ear was clogged and I needed it cleaned out. I could not get in to see my doctor for a few days and wanted a quick resolution. The online appointment scheduling is very convenient. The receptionist was very friendly. The place was clean. The nurse was thorough and asked a lot of questions and she was also very nice. The doctor came in and said " Hey I think I know what the problem is" without talking or looking at me. He suggested that I had an infection. I told him my ears have clogged before and may just need cleaned out. He told me " in my 30+ years of practice I have never heard of anyone doing that." He concluded that I had an infection and gave me medicine. He was incorrect. I went to my family doctor a few days later and my ear was indeed clogged like I suggested ( see picture below if you dare). It cost me $80 and a few hours of work time. It's a shame because it is a very nice, clean, convenient place. I understand everyone makes mistakes and we are all human so I would say I would recommend for some things but just be cautious about the diagnosis given and get a second opinion when possible."
