"This has been my pcp for almost two years and i've never been seen. Every time i have called they always say the new patient scheduling window was closed. This has been every time i called for the past year. The first year they said that i wasnt being seen because I had scheduled too many appointments for myself but never showed. I had never been able to make an appointment and have never stepped into that office ever. Im trying to make appointments and cant and now its ive never been at any of my appointments scheduled. Ive been calling for the past TWO years and getting the runaround and now ive been in an accident and need my PCP, theyre just telling me today that this is the issue. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I have friends and family that go here and say the same thing."

"I used to love this office, the doctors are great, but the receptionist Daniele is very rude & unprofessional, imagine being in very bad pain & just wanting to know the next steps to your recovery process & you have someone yelling at you & rudely talking over you while trying to speak, she was just cruel. But thankfully some of the other receptionist are very polite & great at their job, It probably makes their day that much harder working with Danielle. You’d be better off going to an urgent care. They won’t get back to you for a few days, so hopefully you have a job that doesn’t care about doctors note."

"Until today I used to love coming to this Dr. office. I’ve been coming for years now and recommended a lot of family and friends to come as well. Danielle the receptionist is rude and highly unprofessional to the point that I will no longer return there and I am in the process of finding a new primary care physician. I loved Dr.Hannah she is super sweet and takes the time to listen to your concerns but I can’t deal with disrespectful receptionists as the first thing I see as I walk in the office."

This office looks very clean and seemed very well organized with everyone working there being professional, respectful with a smile. Dr.Hannan seems great and I strongly feel that she takes pride in what she does and values her patients, I think I lucked up with this office."
