"I can only assume that the people who claim this place has "great customer service" didn't deal with the same guy I did. We are from out-of-state, and had stopped into the mall for a few things. My fiance wanted a tin of chewing tobacco. I saw this store has signs advertising cigarettes and tobacco, so I popped in to see if I could save my better half a trip to the gas station. This guy acts like I'm wasting his time, tells me he keeps one cigarette in the back for "people like me," who mention that he is advertising cigarettes. He said it was $20, for one cigarette.The way he talked down to me, telling me that "tobacco is too expensive" and that I could basically leave and go somewhere else...rudest "customer service," EVER."

"Great shop, with a nice variety of hard to find cigars. Very friendly customer service and a nice intimate little lounge to relax and enjoy a stick or two. I left out feeling as if I've gained a new friend."
