"I had to go in for a physical for my job. The NP seemed confused about what was necessary for her to sign off and got defensive immediately when I expressed confusion. Told me to leave because I was "yelling and being belligerent" Never trusting a minute clinic again"
"I recently experienced strep throat symptoms and decided to get tested at this clinic. However, I received a negative result and felt unsure about the accuracy of the test. To be safe, I went to urgent care for another test, which turned out to be positive. I believe the clinic's testing procedure may have been flawed, and I would recommend seeking a second opinion or visiting other clinics for more accurate results. They were quick and customer service was good"
"I will never go to another CVS minute clinic again based on my experience here. I had to get a physical and TB test for my summer job. I went here because I did not have insurance at the time. I told the nurse practitioner that I did not have insurance. I paid out of pocket and she told me I paid in full. I have the receipts to show my employer. A month later I get a bill from Minute Clinic for $40. Turns out they had (without asking, and despite me saying I had NO insurance), tried to submit the TB test to an old, expired insurance of mine. Without telling me. And telling me I was paid in full. I had to call 5 times and waited hours on hold. There was no apology, no supervisor I could talk to, no one I could provide feedback to. The woman on the phone just kept repeating that nothing would change. I couldn’t even close my account. Absolutely one of my worst experiences with a company and I will never go back. Be very very careful. You could very well be told you are paid in full only to get a bill a few weeks later. Then try waiting hours on hold to be told there’s nothing they will do about their mistake."
"I needed a record for a vaccine I had received and called the minute clinic. After a two day attempt of nobody picking up, I called the pharmacy and asked for help. They told me they spoke with the person working and she said to come in and knock on the door in between patients and ask for what I needed. I left work and did exactly that today. I waited 40 minutes for her to finish with her patient and then knocked on her door. Long story short, I was treated rudely and told that I was disrupting other patients waiting and that the pharmacy provides false information. Minute Clinic employees need to get it together. I am not responsible for the incompetence and lack of service provided by this location and your fellow staff members. That being said, I didn’t expect this type of behavior from a professional, which I assume you believe to be."
"I had a very positive experience at this location. This was my first ever trip to a MinuteClinic. My son was ill and his pediatrician was unavailable. The nurse practitioner who cared for him (Andrea) was very kind and thorough. She took her time and explained everything to both myself and my son, on a level he could understand. We left with an accurate diagnosis, appropriate medication, and the entire visit (from sitting in the waiting area until we left) took under 1 hour. I would definitely recommend this location to others who need to see a medical practitioner ASAP."
