"My son has Autism so when he said he wanted to do Karate I jumped on it. I spoke with someone on a Monday and he was in his first class Friday ! He is in the 5-6 year old class. Kara is very good at explaining and showing the kids how to learn the moves. She is able to teach the kids focus for a few minutes, let them run around for a few minutes and bring them back in. The class teaches respect and initiative, morals and most inportant it's fun ! My son loves it and so do I ."
