"There is always a wait but it is understandable due to the OB side of this office. Nursing staff are pleasant but office personnel are disappointing. I called to reschedule an appointment, I was placed on hold. After 8 minutes, I thought they have forgotten me so I called back and my call went to the answering service. There recording said office hours were Monday through Friday 9 to 5, I called at 3:50. The office dynamics have changed. I have been a patient there for 15 years but I am considering looking elsewhere."
"They give an appointment at a certain time and it doesnt matter if you arrive on time because to them you have all day you will wait for 45 minutes or up to an hour from your appointment time to check in and be seen. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Receptionist is taking phone calls the entire time and didnt even bother to check me in until 30 minutes later of my arrival time."
