"Pyramid has been very supportive, positive, and encouraging during a sometimes very difficult time. Ryan makes groups easy going, uplifting, honest, and fun at times to the point you look forward to being there because you leave feeling better and ready for your day. All the councilers listen to your concerns and will do whatever they can to help you with whatever situation you may be going through or guide you to someone that can help you. They are very easy to talk to and along with the other clients feel like a family. I would definitely recommend them."

"Very unprofessional. My fiance had been seeing them for therapy because he was ordered to by the courts. My fiance has his issues....well, here I find his Therapist MISS TARA in his messages on SOCIAL MEDIA. She told my fiance she was leaving the practice right before he was discharged....and she also did the same thing to 2 other men in treatment that I know. It is AGAINST hippa and illegal for this Therapist to be talking to patients outside the facility. And then to post very revealing pictures to the public and stories bragging about sleeping with construction workers and even questioning her own mental health. Pull her license and get a REAL THERAPIST in that place. Men and promiscuous women don't mix...."

"My experience at Pyramid Healthcare was phenomenal . Every staff sincerely treat me with respect and understand that addiction is a disease that needs management. The group section was organized and targeted important issues relating to substance abuse and all other worries I had. I just want to say thank you to everyone most especially Toni-Ann McErlean ."

"I was with Pyramid for around 6 months. My experience was always always less than good. The communication between staff and clientele is awful. On multiple occasions I have called and left a message more than once, without ever receiving a call back. I was blamed and threatened to be dropped from the program until a supervisor was able to see that I had in fact called and left messages multiple times. After 4, hour long sessions, my therapist forgot that I was her client. I called to ask about our next appointment and she said "you aren't one of mine". My therapist missed her last appointment. I called Pyramid to reschedule. I left a message. At that point I had decided I was finished with this place. A month later I get a call saying my therapist resigned and I'll need a new one, and I needed to call them by the next day or I would be dropped. No need to drop me, your facility is subpar and I will find help else where. On the days I got tired of calling and just walked in instead, I was left waiting for an hour at a time while I could hear the staff on the back laughing and having conversations (swear on my life, this happened more than once), neverminding to the fact that someone was waiting up front. Unprofessional."
