Lawrence Park Ob-Gyn

"I have been coming here for years and now I will be looking elsewhere. I’m happy I found out now, before having a child (seeing everyone else’s reviews is eye opening). I called right when they opened on a Wednesday morning to get tested for a definite UTI. I went in a 9am, gave my sample and was told I was good to go. I called at 2pm cause I didn’t hear anything about my results. Heard nothing all day, it’s now Thursday and I’m ten times worse than yesterday. I called the messaging service to request a call back as soon as they open and the jerk I spoke to (#1 please don’t have men answering phones for an OBGYN office unless they understand female anatomy) told him I’m in a lot of pain and he still extremely rude to me cause I couldn’t remember who I saw last at my appointment because every time I go to the office I get stuck with a different doctor. I know you can see who I saw last in the system cause I use to use EPIC. All he had to do was go to my previous appointments and look. Long story short DON’T CALL THE MESSAGE LINE. They will just get you in. Bad mood. Still in a lot of pain and now going to end up going to the hospital or urgent care for a UTI I know I have."

"Dr.Soltys-Meletti is such a caring person haven’t meet an NP that was so bright and welcoming. I’m a nervous person when it come to doctors or anyone in general but she made me feel safe and was very understanding and had an amazing personality that made me feel comfortable , and I am really grateful for that "

"I’ve been going here for years as a first time pregnancy I feel like I have to pry to receive any and all info and required to come in when it not at all necessary forcing me to miss work the only positive experience I’ve had was with dr Heinzel once and the check out staff but as far as actual dr patient relationship HORRIBLE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST PREGNANCY"

"I switched to this location and practice in 2022 after dealing with too many issues with the Crozer system and am so glad I did. I’ve been with this practice for my entire pregnancy and delivery and waited until after delivery to write a review so that it would be as comprehensive as possible. Likes: Easy to make an appointment (not faced with obscene waiting lists just to make an appt), friendly support staff, great nurses. I really like all the OBs I’ve seen (some more than others of course, but no one was bad in my opinion, and I made sure to see as many different drs and nurse practitioners as I could throughout my pregnancy). Working with the front desk to get paperwork filled out for my employer with relation to the pregnancy was very easy and smooth. If you are pregnant and going to the Lawrence park OB/GYN, you will have your baby at Lankenau. I went to Lankenau twice during my pregnancy to get checked out for concerns, and was so impressed both times. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and kind—it was kind of unbelievable, because I would expect there to be at least one person who’s rude/rushing. Dislikes: sometimes you have long waiting times for afternoon appointments, which is understandable—but just be aware. My labor and delivery experience at Lankenau was great, and I reviewed them separately."

"I saw NP Jen today. I have never before felt so comfortable and at ease during an appointment. Jen validated my concerns, was accommodating to my needs and I felt as though she truly listened to me with an open ear and heart. The world can use more doctors like Jen. Her compassion is unmatched and I am truly grateful to have found her."
