"Dr. Vigliotta is a wonderful doctor. The office staff are unprofessional, rude and do not take their jobs seriously. On trying to get a script written properly after leaving my appointment I noticed one of the bloodwork tests was missing. Rather than get it corrected I was told the dr woudl fix it and I would have to come back for the corrected script. Why this was so difficult I will never know. 6 phone calls later - 1 week later - no corrected script. Had an appointment at 6:40 am at quest and needed the script was told it would be available that day ( as opposed to the 8 business days prior). Needed it BEFORE the lab work can be performed. Not after. Last time I used their office. Unprofessionalism taken to a whole new level. How to avoid the problem? Fix the script while the patient is standing in the office and save 3 or 4 phone hours of your staff and patient. Call their phone number and when you hear the greeeting that sounds like a 4- yr old is saying it - take your cue and go elsewhere."

"Best doctor I have ever had and I'm 59 years old. Great staff as well. He listens to everything you need to talk about however trivial and refers you to top quality specialists when needed and very thorough. Wish I would have found him years ago. You get personal attention as opposed to going to a group of doctors never knowing who is going to see you this visit or who had moved on. If I could give him more stars I would."

"Best Doctor- Worst Doctors office staff...I love Dr Graham Vigliotta, he is a great Doctor, however the staff out there are the worst. They will put in wrong codes in the billing and you will get random bills which you shouldnt be getting. And you will end up running from post to pillar to get it fixed with your insurance folks. Sorry Dr Graham Vigliotta."
