"Had a 2pm nurse visit . Arrived at 1:50 and watched patients that came after me walk in for appointments at the same time go in. I asked to see how long and the receptionist told me she didn’t know, they may be with other patients. I asked her could she check because I had another scheduled appointment? She told me , I will check and sat there and did not check with anyone or use the phone to check or anything. 2:18 I am still waiting. This is ridiculous, just to have a 2 second shot. Poor service and I am very shocked . I normally go to the other office but will not return back here"

"Been going here for about 25 years. The last 3 years I’ve seen it go down hill. Both my daughters are patients also. My one daughter needed a refill to her medication which is done through mail in order. Express script’s been waiting for a response from the doctor for a script since February. She has run out of the medication now and I’ve called numerous times about it and haven’t received a response. So disappointed and this isn’t the first time this has happened with trying to get medication refilled."
