"Absolutely horrible care and bedside manner. Dr Araya needs to have his license taken away! He is THAT bad and is combative and rude to any patients that have questions about their care plan. Don't waste your precious time or energy."

"UPDATE: Just spent my morning disputing collections! The amount they sent to collections was actually more than I ever owed and they admitted that no bill was sent. This practice lacks professionalism, basic administrative abilities and any concept of customer/patient care. Original Review: I had a breath test in 9/21 - they lost the results and I was assured I would not be billed for the repeat test. I was not sent a bill at any point for my procedure, was never asked for payment even as I continued to receive and pay for care at this location. Instead, I was sent to collections. After contacting billing (which took forever) I was assured it would be corrected. It has not been - I have received more collections letters and my credit is impacted. If I had been billed, I would have paid it! I am currently waiting on hold trying to get this corrected once and for all but I'm not optimistic as prior attempts to contact them have yielded no results. This is shockingly poor patient care and customer service. Seek care elsewhere."

"I am extremely surprised at all the bad reviews. I scheduled an appt with them because I seen high reviews elsewhere. The office was very clean and staff was nice. The doctor I seen was also very nice. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy. A few days before my appt they called me saying I have to pay $680 procedure fee and $465 provider fee. I said wow this is the amount with my secondary ins also. They said they never put it through to my secondary. So if I would had paid that money I would had been ripped off. But they advised me to go where it would be cheaper with my ins instead of processing it through my secondary ins first.I feel like I was just saved from a big scam and disaster. Now almost 3 weeks later I have to schedule elsewhere."

"This place is completely unacceptable!! I had a colonscopy done 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for my results. I called multiple times and left a message and also to schedule an appointment and not even answer. The condition I have in my intestines leads to cancer I'm still in pain and to contact this hell place is a nightmare. The staff doesn't care the nurse has an attitude problem and very unprofessional. Unfortunately my mother has the same condition as me and it turned into cancer. I can't be waiting for an unfit and unprofessional place like this to take care of anyone!!! Run away from this place and look at the reviews please because it says a lot!!!!"

"My wife was scheduled for a colonoscopy. They emailed her forms to fill out which she completed and sent back. She's a diabetic and stated she used an insulin pump. Somebody called back and went over the forms with her and then said they didn't know what an insulin pump was. (These are doctors)!! They said she had to come in which she did. They asked her for the forms which she said she emailed back and even discussed with a tech over the phone. They said they needed hard copies. She said they already have them and even discussed over the phone which prompted the visit! She left and scheduled an appointment with a local clinic. The Jefferson health system is top shelf but this place doesn't even belong in the closet... Go somewhere else!!"
