"Dr Malumed is the worst, dismisses things you tell him, doesn't speak directly to you, barely even looks at you, acts as if patients being there is bothering him and doesn't want to be there himself.Rudely interrupts while trying to explain my symptoms to him, came there for help and received nothing waste of time."

"Went in with "Fluid on Knee" physician inserted needle into swollen knee taken only half the fluid out??! Now I cant get the rest of fluid out until i go to PCP!! NOW WE ALL KNOWhow long it takes to get an appointment with a PCP... right!! Why is it physician's choice to not COMPLETE a service we go to them for"

"Let me stop by saying Premier Orthopaedics in Ridley Is one of the best medical Practice I have been to when it comes to service. When I call to make appointment they got my mom in to see the doctor the next day. But unfortunately she had to wait to see her primary doctor first. the appointment with the primary doctor two months later so we had to cancel her appointment with Premier Orthopaedics in Ridley . The staff was very understanding ,as soon as my mom was able to see her primary doctor 2 months later .I call Premier Orthopaedics , The scheduler was able to schedule an appointment for my mom to see the Orthopaedics the next day. So for that I am grateful, I highly recommend Premier Orthopaedics in Ridley ."

"My first mistake was scheduling an appointment for my 89 year old mother on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, my mother was in pain and could not walk and we needed to see an orthopedist ASAP. The staff was very nice but Dr. Zamarin who evaluated my mother seemed like could not be bothered with a elderly patient. He was arrogant and never really listened to her symptoms. His evaluation consisted of moving her legs from a wheelchair. From his wheelchair examination, he determined the pain was coming from the lumbar spine and ordered an MRI of the lumbar spine. It wasn’t until my mother saw her rheumatologist and was given a complete physical examination, ( not from a wheelchair) and given an MRI of the hip did we learn she had a hip fracture."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR TREATMENT!!! I have a disc bulge which can cause muscle spasms and severe pain and discomfort. I saw Dr Malumed and Dr Mendez on different occasions. Both acted the same. They rush the appointments, and didn't listen to my concerns. I was rudely interrupted by Dr Mendez every time I tried to explain my pain and what happened to cause it. Dr Mendez only looked at 2 slides of my mri of the 300+ that were there, and said "it's not that bad." What!?! How can you tell me how I'm feeling!?? The appt lasted 5 minutes if that. He barely did a physical exam. Then he said he would call in a script for a medicine that I already told him doesn't work for me. And he didn't even call it in. I was so upset when I left the appt, that I cried in the car going home. I wasn't heard, wasn't treated with respect. Truly disappointed with the service or lack thereof. They just took my money. I would give zero stars if I could."
